Welcome to FenTalk Finnish language learning platform. This service is operated from Finland and designed for students who wish to learn Finnish. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
重要提示：已使用的学习时长不可退款。购买学习套餐前，请确保您了解并同意此政策。
Important: Used learning hours are non-refundable. Please ensure you understand and agree to this policy before purchasing. Unused hours are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
使用本服务时，您同意：
每个账户仅限一人使用。严禁与他人共享账户、密码或学习时长。
违规处罚：一经发现账户共享行为，账户将被立即终止，剩余学习时长不予退还，且不提供任何补偿。
Each account is for ONE person only. Sharing accounts, passwords, or learning hours is strictly prohibited. Penalty: If account sharing is detected, the account will be terminated immediately with NO refund of remaining hours and no compensation.
You agree to: provide accurate information, keep your password secure, not use content commercially, and not attempt to hack or abuse the system.
我们努力保持服务的稳定运行，但不保证服务100%无中断。以下情况可能导致服务暂时不可用：
We strive to maintain stable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
本服务按"现状"提供。我们不保证：
学习成果取决于个人努力和投入时间。我们提供工具和资源，但最终结果因人而异。
This service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee learning outcomes, exam pass rates, or that the service will be error-free. Results depend on individual effort and dedication.
我们保留在以下情况下终止或暂停您账户的权利：
因违规行为导致账户终止的，剩余学习时长不予退还。
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for: violation of terms, account sharing, fraud, or prolonged inactivity. No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

付款确认后，学习时长将在24小时内添加到您的账户。
We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay. Learning hours will be added to your account within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
本平台所有内容（包括但不限于课程、文字、图片、音频）均为 FenTalk 所有或已获授权使用。未经书面许可，禁止复制、分发或商业使用。
All content on this platform is owned by or licensed to FenTalk. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
