欢迎使用 FenTalk 语言学习平台。本平台由芬兰运营，专为希望学习芬兰语、英语或西班牙语的中国学习者设计。使用本平台即表示您同意以下条款。
Welcome to FenTalk, a language-learning platform operated from Finland and designed for Chinese learners who wish to learn Finnish, English or Spanish. By using the platform you agree to the following terms.
本平台采用按时长计费的套餐（3个月、6个月、12个月、VIP）。在套餐有效期内，课程、练习、游戏与测试均不限次数使用；仅 Anna 口语陪练按小时计入套餐配额。
Important: Plans are time-based (3 / 6 / 12 months, plus VIP). Within the active period, lessons, exercises, games and tests are unlimited; only Anna speaking practice counts against an hourly quota and does not carry over. The trial is one complete lesson at ¥29, limited to one purchase per user and redeemable against your first paid package. Once a package is activated, the fee is non-refundable. Accounts and package benefits are non-transferable.

Renewal Credit. After completing a package you may earn a renewal credit as a learning reward. It is earned only through genuine study within the period — sufficient active learning time, enough distinct active days, and completing the lessons (a test score alone does not qualify). The credit is a discount toward your next package purchase, not cash, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Amounts: 3-month ¥80, 6-month ¥150, 12-month ¥250, VIP ¥350. Per purchase, the credit may cover at most 40% of the price of the package being bought; any unused balance (due to the 40% cap) remains in your account for future use. Each credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is granted. The trial package does not earn this credit.

每个账户仅限一人使用。严禁与他人共享账户、密码或套餐权益。
违规处罚：一经发现账户共享行为，账户将被立即终止，剩余套餐时长及续费抵扣金不予退还，且不提供任何补偿。
Each account is for ONE person only. Sharing accounts, passwords, or package benefits is strictly prohibited. Penalty: If account sharing is detected, the account will be terminated immediately with NO refund of remaining package time or credit, and no compensation.
You agree to: provide accurate information, keep your password secure, not use content commercially, and not attempt to hack or abuse the system.
我们努力保持服务的稳定运行，但不保证服务 100% 无中断。以下情况可能导致服务暂时不可用：
We strive to maintain stable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
本服务按"现状"提供。我们不保证：
学习成果取决于个人努力和投入时间。我们提供工具和资源，但最终结果因人而异。
关于证书：FenTalk 颁发的学习证书为本平台自有的学习证书，并非官方语言考试证书（如 YKI / CEFR）。本平台帮助您备考官方考试，但官方证书由相应官方机构颁发。
This service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee learning outcomes, exam pass rates, or that the service will be error-free. Results depend on individual effort and dedication. Certificates: FenTalk's learning certificates are the platform's own certificates and are not official language exam certificates (such as YKI / CEFR). FenTalk helps you prepare for official exams, but official certificates are issued by the relevant official bodies.
我们保留在以下情况下终止或暂停您账户的权利：
因违规行为导致账户终止的，剩余套餐时长及续费抵扣金不予退还。
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for: violation of terms, account sharing, fraud, or prolonged inactivity. No refund of remaining package time or credit will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
我们接受以下付款方式：
付款采用人工确认。确认付款后，套餐将在 24 小时内开通。
We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay. Payments are confirmed manually; your package will be activated within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
本平台所有内容（包括但不限于课程、文字、图片、音频）均为 FenTalk 所有或已获授权使用。未经书面许可，禁止复制、分发或商业使用。
All content on this platform is owned by or licensed to FenTalk. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
