We collect: name, email, phone, gender, birth year, location; and learning data such as course progress, test results, active learning time, distinct active days, and Anna speaking-practice usage.

3. 信息用途 (How We Use It)

• 验证付款（微信支付 / 支付宝）
• 追踪学习进度
• 计算学习奖励（续费抵扣金）的获得资格
• 客户支持

We use your information to: provide learning services, verify payments (WeChat Pay / Alipay), track learning progress, determine eligibility for learning rewards (renewal credit), and provide customer support.

5. 学习对话记录与服务商 (Conversation Logs & Service Providers)

学习对话记录仅临时保存（约 30 天），用于安全监控，之后自动删除。我们不会长期保存您的对话内容。

为提供语音与对话练习功能，部分数据可能交由可信的第三方服务商处理。这些服务商仅为本平台提供技术服务，受保密义务约束。

Conversation logs are kept temporarily (~30 days) for security monitoring, then automatically deleted; we do not store your conversations long-term. To provide speech and conversation-practice features, some data may be processed by trusted third-party service providers, who act only to deliver technical services for the platform and are bound by confidentiality.
